In this services we do not just walk away after the tenants have moved in we still send out your renewal and end of tenancy paperwork and ensure the all renewal legalities are done correctly.
With our rent collect service we do all the above but we also collect the
rent on a month to month basis and also look afters your arears process.
In our management service we are do what it says in the title. The good thing is in the service we always ask yourselves how any maintenance issue is to be handled, therefore tailoring our package to suit all types of landlords.
In our management Plus service we include Homelet’s Rent Recovery as part of the service. This gives you complete peace of mind if the tenant can’t afford the rent once moving in then you will get your rent and Homelet will look after the legal side of things to have the tenants evicted.

Tenant Find Service: 6% plus VAT (7.2% inclusive of VAT) of the yearly rent paid upfront. Renewal fees reduce by 1% each year till the end of year 3
