If you are currently with another agent and not happy with the service then contact us. You may not need to wait till the contract with the current tenants. We are happy to have a discussion with you regarding your rental property and look at how we can help or take over the management. This way you get to keep the tenants you currently have but switch to an agent with a more pro active approach. If we feel we can’t help you at this time we are happy to give free advice on how to rectify any issues you have. The only thing it may cost you is a bit of your time and may be a cup of tea for our lettings manager.
We always would recommend reading your terms and conditions with your current agent to avoid paying two fees.
